Prednisolone and upset tummies

Hi there....I had breakfast at 10.am this morning and started throwing up about 5 hours later. Do I have to take my dose again (6.5mg) ?

If the Pred were plain tablets [not EC/GR]they shouldbe in your system with an hour or so… so no need to retake.

As long as plain pred stays down for an hour or so you are fine. Enteric coated are likely to be out of the stomach after about 3-4 hours max. You should be fine.
