Sorry as you all know I am not computer literate,,just wanted to know if forum is still down as it was yesterday?I received a couple of replies from cycli on an old post ,but have noticed this morning no daily updates again..x😜

hi

Yes I also have not had usual update e mail each morning for yesterday and today and only able to access news feed thro previous update saved on my phone. Guess we will wait and see if returns but it’s not just you.

You can do something to ensure it not an error your end -

It is no use posting here - we can do nothing about it. YOU have to report the fault to HU Support for them to check it out. DL has explained how.

It has been reported - and HU are working on it (9am 16/10/24)

Hi Potato head,just got through to helpline and they said there is an issue with daily digest and they are on it,so all good!x🌼😜

I've also not had the usual daily updates since yesterday morning - it's very unsettling! I've just logged out of HU and logged in again as DL suggested, but I'm not sure if that will trigger the daily notifications - I guess I'll have to wait till tomorrow morning...

Exactly - though that is a semi-permanent status - and if those affected don't report it, they don't find out!!
