Time to catch up on where we are at, have you been diagnosed with PMRGCA couple of years ago, followed by heart attack, it seems that nowadays it's going through a cycle of feeling absolutely fantastic, then payback time.

On top of PMRGCA I've also been diagnosed with Reynards disease, also diagnosed with cellulitis, Having numerous open wounds on my leg.

I have had ulcers in both eyes which thankfully now have cleared up

the difficulty I have at the moment is that toes on both feet are very tender, which makes walking really difficult and slow, after 2 to 300 meters my feet ache and my calf muscles feel like they are going to explode. Just a couple of months ago I was walking around no pain even had chance to go out on my bike.

PMRGCA just keeps on giving.

Oh dear, it’s one thing after another.

Is the Reynard’s causing your toes soreness? It all sounds like they’re probably vascular problems with your calves being so painful too.

Hopefully your Doctor will have some answers.

I’m just about to post about my “one thing after another “. too ,

Take care

the toes are the main issue, just so I can get walking again, good luck with your one thing after another.

All a bit of a pain that - is it primary or secondary Raynaud's? Or is that a question too far?

not sure but, nearly all my working life has been with vibratory tools and have been diagnosed with white finger so I don't suppose that helps.

That's a typical underlying cause for Raynauds. White finger IS Raynauds.

apparently bisoprolol the beta blocker can cause reynauds as well according to the rheumy

There is a lot of conflicting stuff about that - beta blockers at a low dose were even suggested as a treatment!!!
