here I am again, what I was telling myself were aches and pains after going to the gym/ 3 hr drives etc, is actually a flare. Of course it is! Silly me, accompanied by horrid migraines. I am both disappointed and relieved, so up to 10, for a couple of weeks, then reduce. Looking forward to being able to lift my arms to get dressed.

Um - migraines???? Headaches with PMR need to be checked out. Just in case they could be GCA.

Thanks for your concern Pro, I have had discussion with dr re that possibility, ( I have had GCA), but we think just migraine, but keeping eye on it.
