I thought this video was worth bringing to everyone's attention:
This is a very simple presentation about how a doctor should be thinking when the patient turns up complaining of weakness and sore muscles. Many patients know these things can be caused by statins - but this patient has been on statins for a long time. However, you can't rule out the statin as the cause as these two doctors explain as well as the differentiation from PMR. There are a few points you could dispute, PMR with normal markers for a start but on the whole - not bad!
