It might be in the FAQ post. I'll see if I can find it and post link shortly if I can.

Always remember the FAQ section - it took me a while to remember to use it too! There is a link to it on this page, right below where your post text is. At least on my laptop. Might be in a different space when using a phone.

Good luck with your tribunal. My neighbour went through a tribunal for her benefits. She has osteoporosis and is more or less illiterate having been taken out of school for farm work when she was a child. She worked herself up into a ball of anxiety. She told me on the day of her tribunal she went into the court with her daughter and there was a doctor on the panel. She said she didn't even have to say anything. They looked at her medical notes and then asked the DWP to explain why she had been turned down as she clearly had medical evidence of many broken bones! The hearing lasted 5 mins and all her benefits were reinstated. Hope it goes as well for you. Remember the phrase safely and repeatedly when talking about what you can/cannot do. Explain your worst days and don't put a brave face on things.

Good Luck lovely.....it's horrid enough struggling with PMR and feel isolated with no one really understanding your illness.....then you have to defend your illness and all it's awful ramifications to people who some have never even heard of it.....

I can it’s such a relief to have all my concentrations of getting my health in a better place ! It’s been traumatic trying to deal with them on top of the shock of my diagnosis your account of Pmr was so much more accurate than the funky snippet they have on nhs website I feel sure that it helped massively so I thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
