Travel and timezones - timing of Prednisone

I checked FAQs. not sure if this topic has been discussed.

what is the recommendation for the timing of taking Prednisone when traveling from the US to Europe (7 hour time difference).

so for example, if I take Prednisone at 12pm daily in the US., how do I adjust to taking the Prednisone around 12pm daily in Europe?

can I quickly switch over when I get to Europe or do I need to ease into it somehow?
