I wanted to say thank you for all the really useful feedback and tips you sent me. I haven’t replied to all I’m afraid!

I am going forward with Methotrexate in a couple of weeks (just had a Covid booster)and have agreed I will start tabs at 10mg and move to injections quickly if I struggle with digestion side effects. Priority is to get me off steroids so I will have a go but it’s been really useful to have others experience. I also found the online forum on Versus Arthritis useful as lot of methotrexate users there.

You will also find a lot of MTX users on the NRAS forum here - used a lot more in inflammatory arthritis than in PMR.
