My lovely gurus! Just had my Covid vax and can’t remember if we raise our Pred dose for a few days to avoid a flare. Showing my age now! 😜 I’m on 4.5mg. Advice please! Xxxx

I would just leave be but expect muscle aches and fatigue in the first week as part of the normal reaction.

No - it may suppress the immune response to the vaccine which you need.
