trochanteric bursitis

It seems I am dealing w one sided Trochanteric Bursitis or something in addition to PMR managed w 6mg pred/day.

A few days ago I saw links to exercises for TBursitis. Can someone please repost those. Sorry, but cannot find them on the site.
