I’ve had GCA for a little over a year now. I’m on Actemra injection only. It makes me feel a little woozy! Has anyone else had this feeling?

I'm on Actemra and pred - can't say I'd noticed it makes me feel any different.
No, I don't, but the first few injections seemed to make sleep even more difficult the following night.
I have been on Actemra infusions since July, 2021, after being diagnosed with GCA, and have been “woozy” ever since. I blamed it on the high dose pred until I got off it over a year ago. No one takes me seriously - say it is positional vertigo, inner ear, etc., but never had it before taking these drugs. Dizziness is listed in the side effects of Actemra. I am going off of it this month to see if I can eliminate the drug (been on it 22 months) with my rheumy’s OK. I will see if the woozyness goes away then and will report back after a few months.
