Myasthenia Gravis vs. Atypical PMR

My fourth rheumatologist agrees: I have all the symptoms of PMR, as well as some suggesting possible GCA. He rushed through new blood tests, which showed no markers for inflammation, as usual. However, I have just learned that I have 0.12nmol/L of anti-AChR antibodies in my blood. Healthy people should have none ( <0.05 nmol/L). Over 85% of people with full-blown myasthenia gravis have 0.25 nmol/L, or more; I have half of that.

Has anyone else been tested for anti-AChR antibodies? Has sub-clinical MG ever been considered as a cause of atypical PMR?

My next appointment is Wednesday.
