As DL says, has been mentioned before. But while it is approved and used for PMR in the USA - it isn't available in the UK. It is much the same as Actemra, an IL-6 inhibitor, also a biologic so a similar price to Actemra. I doubt NICE in the UK will approve it for most PMR patients - it will require a change in mindset on the part of rheumatologists according to prof Mackie.
