At one point in my travel down the ladder I got a cold sore. I have been prone in earlier decades to cold sores as soon as my body was under some stress. I go through phases when I’m not so triggered but reductions were one for a while.

I, too, get the feeling that I am “ coming” down with something plus a cold sore periodically. My rheumatologist said that it is from the stress of being on Prednisone tapering, etc.
