as the title says- yesterday I took too small a dose. I’m on 10 again coming down from a flare. Yesterday morning I thought I’d taken 2 x 5mg tablets but today I’ve realised I took 2 x 1mg. No wonder I felt so stiff last night and this morning.
Anyway I’ve just taken my usual 10mg. Question is do you think I should take more to make up for the omission - and if so how much and at what time of day. By that I mean should I add it to my dose now or see how I am later

You've got through yesterday, had your normal dose this morning, so personaly I'd see how you feel and if feeling OK today then not worth about taking extra, if still suffering then an extra 5mg today won't do any harm.
Personally (but that’s just my opinion) I wouldn’t bother taking more now - you’re back to normal dose today without too much damage done.
But see how it goes…
Just take it as a lesson and try not to do it again. 😊.. many have been there!
If it’s difficult to tell packages apart -then write 1 or 5 on them in marker pen.
As you’re in a flare situation your doses are different from usual -but under normal circumstance if you sort out a weekly dosette box, errors like this are less likely to happen.
At least you remembered to take your pred, albeit the wrong size!
I think most of forget altogether (certainly that includes me on more than one occasion ). I never came to much harm, and I’m sure things will settle down for you.
