I cannot navigate to FAQ.

my sight has become blurred over a couple of days, worse today. No other symptoms.

I need to research this!

I would say you don't need the FAQs - you need to use the UES or MECS service

Thank you for your reply - I wanted to look up symptoms of GCA - I had blurry sight from waking up today and I thought ‘is this double vision’ - I had no other symptoms. I then tested for blood sugar, it was 13.3 - then tested again 3 hour later and it dropped to 8.0 - I rinsed with eye wash. My sight is almost back to normal. The blurry eyes lasted approx 6 hours. I have never had blurry sight before, so I’m trying to understand it. 3 months ago during an eye test at Specsavers I was informed I had cataracts in both eyes, early stage and age related, I’m 78. I have been on steroids since early May. I have had type 2 diabetes for many years, under good control. Obviously I’m very anxious where my sight is concerned.

I think you may be right. Far too many carbs beer and Barolo wine last evening, celebrating my 56th wedding anniversary.
