Update on painful buttocks and thighs

My rheumatologist requested a CRP test for me yesterday, and it was below 3, low normal range. As I think back, I may have over done it four days in a row, and this may just be very sore muscles. My mother would have called it being “lame.” I have been taking it very easy the last couple days and started using Voltarin cream. It’s getting microscopically better, so I guess there’s hope. I decided not to increase the prednisone. Thank you all for your advice.

Glad it seems better, keep us updated..I always like to see how it goes with us and possible flares or just overdoing it. Just sleeping in a different bed can set my pain off after months of almost pain free living.
