Latest visit to my Physio, part 3.

Many thanks to all who replied to part 1and 2 of this saga. As hoped for, the experts came through with enough correct information, and advice for my current situation. I printed out plenty of information for the one physio to read, in the hope that she would not give wrong information to another Long Term Steroid patient. My usual physio informed me that the other physio was held up in traffic. There really was a 5 mile traffic jam on the A38 due to an accident. I asked my usual physio to read all that I had printed out for the other physio, and the look on her face said it all. She promised to hand all the information over to the other physio, and I asked her to insist that she read it all. I don't think she will ever trust the other physios drug knowledge after reading all the information, and comments from the EXPERTS on this amazing forum. Thanks again to the EXPERTS. Trevor.

So glad that you fell into the knowledgeable hands on the forum and were able to challenge this physio going off half cocked with her ill informed advice. We need to watch out for people filling the vacuum even with good intentions. Good luck going forward.
