I am down to below the 1mg. Wonderful! Have reduced to 0.5mgs one week ago from 0.75mgs, but last night woken up by bad paIn in my right arm where I had the Covid vaccine. See my history. Do I just go back to 0.75mgs where I was ok, for a further few weeks , or more for one week and then back to 0.75mgs? Wonderful forum where I know I can get help. Bless you all.

I'd go back to 0.75mg or a few weeks, there really is no rush at such low doses....and at 2.5 years you have done well, so even more reason to take it really slowly....

Thank you so much. Slowly slowly wins the race.
