PMR: The importance of moving on, keeping active

Hi there,

A research project is in progress re PMR and the importance moving on and keeping active. Please send me an email s.eng@keele.ac.uk to contribute to the formulation of a PMR-specific exercise leaflet. This is the second round of discussion, if you would like to contribute, it will be taking place on the 31st July and 1st August from 1730 -1830 hrs. Thanks in advance. Is this a progression from last week or an extension? If it is another stage - I'm always available.

The final stage for verification of the leaflet will be the 14th August. We will send the final version via to all who have taken part for comments. Many thanks for your contribution to the first focus group discussion. Take care.
