Splitting Pred Dosage

Where can I find posts about splitting my Pred daily dosage between morning and evening please. I am on 13mg and take the lot at 8am, feel better as day wears on, pretty normal by evening but wake at 5 or 6am feeling pretty bad.

It does vary from person to person. Why don’t you give it a try and see how it goes for you? Say 50/50 to start with, morning and evening.
