Looks good on paper, but as we know the proof is in the implementation in practice.
My thoughts too, don’t know who these things get distributed to and how many would then read it thoroughly
Yes I think that’s the problem..and with the NHS under so much stress at present, there must be a lot of papers/recommendations that don’t get the attention they should.
No blame on individual staff, but there’s only so much information one person can take on board, and they are people, not machines.
