For my latest blood test I was disappointed that the in normal Adrenal range of 8.0 ug/dl to 2.5 mine was 4.9 ug/dl back in Oct 2019 it was 8.8.

I have been feeling good of late, I managed an 8.5 mile hike the other week, and can handle 5-6 miles on a fairly regular basis, as the fatigue symptoms have dropped off the last year.

Since the 8.8 result in 2019 my results have been consistently around 5 ug/dl. My albumin test was normal.

In short how is it I feel pretty good, apart from the usual shoulder stiffness? I'm currently on 5mm Pred on a slow taper from my last flare last year, when I went back to 10mm. After coming upto 9 years on Pred, from my PMR diagnose is it simply old age now or still PMR. At 74 I don't suppose things will change anytime soon. Thank you, and happy new to you all.

I can’t answer your specifics but it is lovely to hear that somebody feels good. I kind of trust that more than the blood tests. Long may it continue Southmead!
