BACK AGAIN

Hi everyone I am back again!!! Which in itself signifys that the PAIN is back coupled with facet joint problems in the lumber region ugh I broke my femur last year so what with nursing myself back to mobility and suffering pain i am in dire straits!!! I am scheduled for a Radio Freq Ablation to 'electrote' the nerve endings in my facet joints which usually gives a year or so of relief Its a painful procedure which i have had before It was working well until i fell in the ice in Jan 2021 and it aggrivated my back and back comes the pain (sorry for pun lol) I would like to chat with anyone who may have similar issues of any of the three above conditions - i dont do things by half as u can see Nice to get to post again Its Sun 21st Aug and i am having a lazy day hence am on my lap top still in bed and its NOON ugh maureen
