aches and pains - update and advice

I upped my pred to 8mg last Sunday following aches and pains and slightly elevated CRP - 8. I feel so much better. When I was first diagnosed with pmr my symptoms were aching shoulders and thighs. This time it was very much in my knees and shoulders. Does pmr change its position?

Also, still have a few niggles so I thought I would remain on 8 mg for a further few days. Any comments appreciated. Thanks

PMR covers all areas you have mentioned, but for some it’s worse in some muscles that others……. bit pot luck at times!

Sometimes flares appear somewhere a bit different. They like your weak points!
