I just want to listen to others experiences with PMR, how they cope & how they live positively through it.

It might help to read FAQs on here. It deals quite comprehensively with many aspects of this complex disease and it’s treatment. The if you ask specifics like “ how were people diagnosed?” Etc you will probably get the answers you need.

I know there are a lot of posts here but read the FAQs and then have a wander through past posts and just read.

And if you put a proper title in instead of just your user name you are likely to find related posts linked for you by the site - for example "How to live with PMR", "PMR experiences".

As for living positively with it - I suppose you just get on with what you CAN do as opposed to dwelling in what you can't do! And find ways around the difficulties.

I think the first big hurdle is actually really accepting that you've got it - not so easy as it sounds!
