When anyone does a 'like' or responds to something I've posted, I usually get a little yellow number telling me how many responses I've had, appearing on 'Alerts' at top of my phone. This is no longer happening and although I've reported it, an email came back saying they couldn't replicate problem and all seemed fine.
I've activated all the troubleshooting advice to no avail.
Anyone having same problem or got any advice for me please?
Yes - sort of registered it earlier but since I don't use them I didn't bother thinking about it. All they tell me really is that someone liked a post/reply I'd written and all 50-odd that show can be that alone!!! I THINK it is intermittent though - sure I saw an orange blob with 42 in it earlier.
But no - not just you!!! And just looked - they are notching up, just the number is missing and the list won't scroll. But now the orange no has appeared ...
Thanks.It's quite frustrating to have to keep opening whole thing up to see if I've had any messages, but in the grand scheme of things, I suppose it's not that important really. Thanks again.
yes same as PMR. have notified them and same with notifications they said it was going to spam and told me to put another email from them in contacts but still no fix. Think their IT is a mess.

Still no 'Alerts' registering. I just clicked on it to check and saw your communication. Normally it would have lit up with a number 1 to signify one new response to the post. Hopefully it'll get sorted. Thanks.

Yes, I have not gotten alerts for several days. This morning I suddenly had numerous alerts that covered several days past.
Something funny is going on. It wouldn't open to let me see what Cycli had said to me for ages last night. I couldn't get in at all this morning.
I don’t think I have ever had a little yellow number all the time I have been on this forum. It sounds quite useful.
Mine too. But if I click on alerts, there is stuff there.
I think they are having problems generally, I couldn't get on at all yesterday morning for a while, but that did improve later. The little notification number, usually yellow for me, has been very erratic for quite a while and letting them know seems to solve very little.

Yes, for the last week I’ve noticed it and thought is was likely something I’d done in error while trying to update my profile (which is more complicated than a tax return).It’s annoying if you’re concerned for somebody and have can’t see easily if they have responded.
If you follow a thread (aka Save) and order email notifications you will get proper notifications for anything on that thread including that person's replies. If you are worried about someone you can also follow them - and I think that also tells you about their posts though not sure how
You get email notifications provided you have selected that option

Check what email notifications you have selected -you can choose what to get -tap avatar top right and go to email notifications ….

Kept indoors today - apart from a quick nip into town & that’s an Air Conditioned Mall! Saving myself for tomorrow - just set up a baby changing area in the boot as it’s too hot to dress Theo before we leave for the Christening! His 2nd Outfit is a white cotton shirt & shorts but he has the most gorgeous ivory satin romper suit for the Ceremony - think Royal Family 😉
