I had HIDA scan done for my gallbladder. In addition to the findings for gallbladder, report noted “midgut malrotation”. Doctor has asked for Ct scan to confirm. From what I have read online it sounds scary. It’s very rare in adult. Can anyone provide some insight on this?

Not on this forum I'm afraid. This is a specialist forum for a rheumatic/vasculitis condition which doesn't really have any relevance to your problem.
Hope you can find a group who can chat with you and good luck.
