What do you mean by remission? Remission while on medication or remission when not on any drugs?
Remission while on 25ml injections of methotrexate
Which almost certainly means that the symptoms are under control - but the actual underlying autoimmune condition that causes those symptoms is very likely still chugging along in the background attacking the body, almost like flu. Fatigue is an inherent part of all autoimmune disease - and it only goes away once the a/i disorder is burned out and gone, not in drug-induced remission. And MTX can cause severe fatigue too - I had to stop it because of the fatigue because I simply couldn't function.
