I found the paper informative; describing it as interesting would be an injustice.

Considering it was written twelve years ago a lot is good common sense.
"The recommended dose of prednisone is the dose that keeps symptoms in remission." - was this written by PMRpro? 😉

If only this was read by some of the doctors discussed on here -
“The treatment goals should include providing analgesia and minimizing side effects while optimizing functional status, quality of life, and healthcare utilization.”…..especially the QOL comment
