Check your email notification first -tap profile picture top right. Then report to help centre if that doesn’t work - help centre is in bottom banner.
Has your device been upgraded -that sometimes throws thing out -try logging out and logging in again.
If all else fails -shout at computer 😂🤣 -won’t make it work any better -but might help the frustration.
