Hi there after nearly 18 months I am down to 5mg. Have had a couple of set backs. My question is that the worst part for me is the hot flushes. How low do i go before these subside.

Try Evening Primrose Oil or Extract of Sage (15drops in water and it is horrible to taste). ]Check with your pharmacists before usage for compatibility with what you are already taking.

I already take HRT and have done for years that was to help with hot flushes xx

Me too, but I found that adding the EPO helped the night sweats when of high doses of pred. (I had GCA).
