How does my friend join the Forum

I was diagnosed with PMR over four years ago and over the years have contributed to and gained info from the forum. My friend has just been diagnosed and was thrilled with the change in her condition after just a couple of does of Pred. I have warned her that this might not last! How does she sign up for the forum, cant see how to do this. Help please.
