Heron suggested one to me that was more expensive than many but it hugs the body under garments, is adjustable and has many little weights so it can be adjusted more accurately or in smaller steps. I’ll try to look out my order.

This is the one I bought. Do shop around though and I found it comes up quite small on sizing.

The idea is to increase load through bones to stimulate bone formation. Here’s a small study below.
