Hi change time of taking pted

Hi I want to change time I take pre from 10 pm to 9 am shall I split first dose 7 tonight 6 in morning then cart on as normal next morning or will it be detrimental thanks

Could take full dose tonight and then start new regime tomorrow…(or take half a dose tonight as it’s only got to last 11 hours).

… worth a try, but you need to give it a week or so to see a difference.

Ok thank you. I’ll take 7 tonight snd 6 in morning and then next morning full dose. Is that correct.

Try to take as early as possible. I made mistake of taking at lunchtime at first but learned the hard way that it takes 2 to 3 hours to get working in the body. Splitting the dose is good at first but taking all together is better if you can.
