Not sure what’s going on

Iv increased pred to 20 mg but feel no better. Have random pains back still no better. Can’t work out what’s wrong with back! Crostochronditis ? I can’t stay awake Even dropping off writing this. I’m all Over place! Please help someone. Janet

I feel like this at the minute. Dr I spoke to yesterday says it’s in my head 😡I’m going to pay private to see a Rheumatologist I can’t live like this I’m too young at 50.Hopefully we’ll get answers

There's an answer to this if anyone says "it's all in your head". Answer "Of course it's in my head - it's my brain telling me where the pain is - not vice versa".
