Lots of energy

Hi all, for the last 3 wks I have taper to 12mg and yesterday went to 11mg, I usually take it between 7-8am but from about 6PM I seem to have so much energy which never had before and dont feel like it through the day, is this just cause it lower dose? If so why just evenings

Lucky you! Less conveniently, I went through a phase of feeling sparkling with energy at 3-4 am. I put it down to a blip in cortisol production. I could do with energy now, at any time.
