Has anyone tried Adaptogens ? Sounds like it might help and or it could just be another scheme for companies to get rich off of people with ailments.

Tks

Sure if they were as good as stated, we’d all know about them - Turmeric (in the list of adaptogens) is the only things talked about on here which seems to help!

But you pays your money and takes your choice - but do remember if you’re going to put your hand in your pocket to check they are okay to take with existing meds.

I have heard of people taking them for their chronic stress, so much easier to take a pill than change your life style!! Personally I would think twice about using them, although I did try ginseng when it became terribly popular, in the 1980s wasn’t it?
