Well, my telephone conversation today with a doctor didn’t help much. He said that dizziness and feelings of being very vague could be caused by many things. I have to wait to see whether it happens again and, if it does, I have to go straight to hospital. I’m hoping that it doesn’t happen again but, if it does, I will know what to do. Many thanks for your interest and advice. Jan

Update on my question about another steroid side-effect
Thanks for update. Fingers crossed it doesn't happen again. I think it'squite common to feel lightheaded now and again, I know I do.

Hi Janann. I see that these dizzy/vague spells have occurred before. If I were you I'd be strongly inclined to seek further advice at the hospital as this is clearly concerning you. It may be nothing to be worry about as your doctor said, but if you feel you need peace of mind then follow it up. Take care.

No sh*% Sherlock! What a stunning lack of interest - though it doesn't surprise me!
