How days go from good to bad

Hi all, I know I've said this before but went back to 12mg about wk ago and after a wk of taking blood pressure readings at home needed to up my BP medication been on higher dose for few days now, blood tests tomorrow to check all levels, yhen back to BP readings for another wk, been doing ok then today heavy head tingling aching cramps flushes tired but it more no energy than I need to sleep, stiff neck, pain behind ear, moody, then i start thinking about gca symptoms, how do I know,? Do they come and go? etc which I do worry about, seriously wondering if I'm getting depressed or am I just turning paranoid, it got to the stage where I take 1 tablet then take another 1 to ease the side effects of the 1st one then another one cause this 1 might cause this and before u know it yr taking 8+ because u need to take 1. Omg mind boggling.

Please don’t mess about with your tablets it will make you feel worse and blur the picture for your doctor. Your doctor must ensure that this is not GCA, failing that you need to go to A&E/ Emergency room ( sorry I can’t remember where you are in the world) to have the necessary diagnostic tests and treatment.
