Tired

Hi.its me again,I get up feeling sick and very tired I could sleep all day.how long does this last.i am on 9mg.down from 10mg,started 9mg on feb 1st.doing 1mg a month.and off work again because of lock down.it get reviewed on 21st feb.

I am still really fatigued at 2.5mg but it has improved since 5mg when I could have hibernated.

That's how I've been feeling all day today, and I'm six years in with PMR and on 1mg per day. I put it down to my adrenals having an off day.Doesn't happen that often now, but when it does, I know about it!

Sorry 💔 to hear you aren't feeling great but I am the same soo tired no motivation for anything and am feeling soo down 😪😪🙈 before I had to shield in January I was always “on the go”now I don't even want to get out of bed in the morning xxx
