Any ideas? Is this a withdrawal symptom?

First the good news, today is the 12 week mark of no prednisolone!

I have a slightly troubling problem with my feet on going to sleep this past week. It is a form of pins and needles on laying down, okay when I am standing with weight on my feet, makes getting off to sleep harder.

Any one else get this? Is it just an old age condition? (Heading towards 69 years).

Aside from this I am enjoying my freedom from medication!

Sounds as if you may have a problem with pressure on the sciatic nerve when you are lying down. Maybe worth asking your GP or a physiotherapist?

PMRpro wow that is really helpful, just googled the condition including on nhs website and it fits the bill. Thank you!

PS I can see this is an outcome of lockdown and poor weather keeping me off the garden. Virtually no exercise aside from weekly shopping trip. Cure appears to be exercise. Thanks.
