I was running 3 times a week until my last flare but I am now just walking but trying to go out every day. I decided that as my fitness tracker keeps a record of how far I have walked, that I would see how long it would take me to ' virtually' walk from lands end to John o'groats. I started Jan 1at so I am still on the camel trail in Cornwall but if I am near you, I will 'virtually ' pop in for a cuppa ! 😀
Keep on walking!: I was running 3 times a week... - PMRGCAuk
Keep on walking!
Please do! 🫖...but doubt you will be close enough...although of course it depends on whether you taking the shortest route - or the prettiest!
Morning, lovely county Devon, used to do a lit of sailing from there - very happy memories. Mine comes up and tells me a very now and then that I have just walked the length of Italy or something. Just a thought though, don't let it push you into doing more than your body wants, but do "pop" in when you make it to Greater Manchester. A virtual tea will await you. 🙂
What a lovely way to motivate you. Yes!.... cuppa, cake and conversation always available here...just knock! 😀😀
Welcome to pop in for tea & cake anytime. I warn you the coastal path is brutal 🤣
Unfortunately the Dolomites are a bit out of your way ...
I don't think Fitbit really cares where you are, apparently I have walked the length of: the Sahara, the Great Barrier Reef (walked??) , India, Japan, New Zealand, Italy, the Serengeti, the London Underground, The Penguin March, a Marathon and the Monarch Migration. Seems that works out at 3,969.60 miles and 23,828 floors. Now I know why I'm tired!! Given that the bowwows walk/run probably 5-10 times as far as me they have been a tad further!!
