Hock I the Noo!

January 1st, I downloaded an app for a walk from lands end to John o groats. Each day I have gone out and I am pleased to say that on Friday morning I arrived at my goal (virtually) 1,110 miles later!! I was postponed by having shingles that laid me up for 4 weeks.

My next challenge will be to walk from North Island NZ to South Island with my daughter (virtually) who lives there.

I will keep you posted

Well done, did you do it as a fundraiser for PMR/GCAuk?

You have my greatest admiration! Shingles! That must have been nasty.

What a lovely idea. My daughters are in Australia - I think that walk would make me cry though.

Wow! That's amazing and such an inspiration to anyone who thinks more challenging triumphs are no longer achievable! Well done and congratulations.

Here's me feeling proud of walking three mile every day, pre-PMR. Can hardly make three yards these days.
