I’m currently taking 2200 IU daily of vitamin D3. Wondering if this is the correct dose?

I think it depends on the person as some people can shovel it down and still register ok levels while for others it is too much, so should be checked with blood levels. As DL says it has been discussed today.

Perfectly reasonable amount - up to 4,000 IU is safe. If you really want to know - you need a blood test to see your level of vit D. If it is very low you might need a bit more.

When I was low, my MD prescribed 5,000 IU daily; 2,000 daily when my level was raised which I now daily take.
