11-13 degs for two weeks - health OK. 2 days of 20 degs (suddenly + 82% humidity) can't get out of bed without feeling dizzy. 🤨🤨

Might be due to your b/p dropping when you stand up because your skin blood vessels are dilated to try to keep cool. If there is high humidity the normal evaporation from your sweat isn’t happening so efficiently because the air has a higher moisture content already. Your skin blood vessels have to keep dilated in order to try to lose heat as best you can.

I think you might have hit it on the head. I've always been told I don't sweat enough. I was even chucked out of a private sauna club because I didn't sweat. What the hell can you do if you don't sweat?!? I drink all day long - water, very weak tea, milk.

Believe it or not - I feel COLD!! OH goes round opening the windows all day and I creep over the place closing them.

Only 20C? Thomas Ranft was talking about 25C last night!! Can't remember his details about bio-weather but I do know I thought of you!

Other way round in this house - I open them, he closes them and turns the heating up ...
