Can some one direct me to the list of charts on reducing steroids , I thought I could find it ,but cannot

Thank you very much, I am not reducing until a another month if all goes well , after feeling absolutely terrible I am starting to feel more normal on 15 mg pred so if this keeps up I am looking forward to reducing

Good, but "feeling normal" can be very transient with PMR - so don't be rushed, by docs - or yourself.
