Not sure the bloated stomach is a common side effect of Pred - but sure some will say they’ve had it.
I am concerned that 2 months ago you said you were on 15mg, now you say 10mg and intending(?) to reduce to 9mg on 1 October.
If that’s correct then much too fast - I know GCA was suspected and then dismissed so you have been tapering quickly - but now you are back in PMR territory and need to slow up.
The arms/shoulders and maybe ankles sound like not enough Pred. - and unfortunately the lack of sleep is a very common side effect.
Also, the state you’re in, no way are you going to be able to return to work in near future - you need to get symptoms better controlled.
You need to talk to doctor and get things sorted sensibly.
