Does anyone have a link to a back to fitness guide for PMR sufferers? I'm building up my walking stamina very nicely and am back on my bike, but am really not liking this bingo wing and saggy tummy thing going on!! I know that muscle repair is different now and I need to know how to approach it safely.
Be grateful for any info anyone has found.

I would love that too... for future use. I am currently waiting to see the rheumatologist for a 'diagnosis' and am having to cope on Etoricixib and paracetamol, neither of which, by the way, are helping much in my current flare up, and even walking is proving a painful challenge, but once I am more on top of this condition I will really need an exercise plan.
