Possible help with high blood pressure

My blood pressure which was quite high on the continuation of prednisone (3 years, now on 3/ 3.5 mg) and has come down considerably with the lifestyle changes, in lockdown, Covid 19 has brought along but also...and I only just realise that...I have been eating fresh ginger on a daily basis.

I know I have not done a double control trial but I am confident enough to share this with other PMR people.

I wanted to pass this on for others to try and see if the ginger might be of help for them.

I chop it and make a cafetiere of honey, lemon, ginger and cider vinegar. Meant to be very good for one.
